Geelamp One Year Warranty


Effective Date: JAN 8, 2023


Coverage: Geelamp provides a One Year Warranty ("Warranty") on all floor lamps purchased through our website. This Warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship occurring during normal and intended use of the product for one year from the date of purchase.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This Warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser of the floor lamp from Geelamp.
  2. The Warranty period begins on the purchase date as indicated on the order confirmation.
  3. To be eligible for Warranty service, customers must retain the original order confirmation or receipt.
  4. This Warranty covers the repair or replacement of the product, at our discretion, if it is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the Warranty period.
  5. The Warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, neglect, improper care, normal wear and tear, or any modifications made to the product.
  6. In the event of a Warranty claim, customers must contact our customer service within the Warranty period and provide relevant information, including order details, description of the issue, and supporting images if required.
  7. If a replacement is issued under this Warranty, the replacement product will be covered by the remaining Warranty period of the original purchase.
  8. Our liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the product.
  9. This Warranty is non-transferable and is only valid for products purchased directly from Geelamp.
  10. We reserve the right to determine whether a product qualifies for Warranty service based on our assessment of the reported issue.


How to Make a Warranty Claim: To initiate a Warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@geelamp.com within the Warranty period.
  2. Provide your order details, including order number and purchase date.
  3. Describe the issue with the product and provide any necessary supporting images.


Upon receiving your claim, our customer service team will guide you through the process and provide instructions on how to proceed.
